Join Betties and Buddies for an early morning workout at the Maple Leaf Reservoir (WOW="workout on water"--get it?). This is a beautiful place to start the day as there are great views and the layout offers plentiful opportunities to get in a wide variety of exercises: blocks for step-ups, stairs to run up, grass to skip on; even a playground. All fitness levels, whether new or advanced are welcome to attend. The idea is to get in a good workout and have fun doing it.
What to bring:
A JUMP ROPE IF YOU HAVE ONE.
Gloves and a water bottle; possibly a mat or towel.
