Join us at Switzerland’s #1 open platform for inspiring exchange on insurtech between startups, investors, academia, corporates, accelerators, politicians and other key stakeholders actively shaping the ecosystem. Every time, we bring in leading experts, innovators, movers and shakers to share their views and respond to your questions followed by a light apéro to make meaningful connections with other insurtech enthusiasts.

For June's event "Cybersecurity: (un-) insurable risks?" we are bringing to you perspectives from some of the leading experts in the field of cyber security. They will share with you their views on cyber threats and defensive measures against them as well as the extent to which insurance providers can (and want) provide protection in case of incidents.

"Where risks are involved, there is requirement for protection through the insurance industry together with security and technology firms.”
-

Chen is CEO of C2SEC, a startup focusing on predicting and quantifying cyber risks. Previously he was Director of Cyber Security of Microsoft. //
"To change cyber risks from uninsurable to insurable risks, innovative approaches are required. Huge challenges are ahead but we should keep trying."
-

Tiago is CEO at BinaryEdge AG a company that combines data science and cybersecurity to help their customers understand their risk. //
"Right now, cyberinsurance is a guessing game. The way insurers collaborate with clients/orgs has to change for cyberinsurance to succeed"
