We're currently planning the 15th of May for our second event of the year.
We have one talk lined up at the moment and looking for more speakers.
- Cloud Native Django with OpenTelemetry and OpenFeature (Federico Bond)
As software systems grow in size and complexity, it’s more important than ever to understand and rein in their behaviour in production. This talk introduces OpenTelemetry and OpenFeature to Django developers, two fast-rising projects incubated by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.
We’ll discuss the foundations of the modern observability stack and how robust feature management can bring superpowers to a team and accelerate the development and operation of Django-based software systems.
We would like to try encouraging a new talk format this time – Lightning talks. See below a short explanation from the us.pycon.org website:
Lightning talks are a maximum of 5 minutes long, on any topic of interest to other Python people. It doesn't have to be about something that you wrote, it can be something that you learned, or a technique you think other people will be interested in.
- You know that thing at work that everyone comes to you for help with? Talk about that!
- You know that thing you just learned that helped you out? Talk about that!
- You know that thing you always wish you understood, but haven't figured out yet? Talk about that!
Slides are encouraged but not required!
If you'd like to present a topic please fill in this form. Please, specify in the description if you are planning to present a regular talk (20 minutes) or a lightning talk (5 minutes).
