Peter Williams, Chief Edge Officer, Deloitte's Centre for the Edge
Pete leads Deloitte Centre for the Edge, a futures think tank, and founded Deloitte Digital. Peter was the co-author of the thought leadership publication Bitcoin, Blockchain and Distributed Ledgers: Caught between Promise and Reality and has spoken on the topic at a number of events. The publication outlines the basics of Blockchain and considers the a range of issues including Regulation and Governance. Pete has also had an ongoing mentoring role with Coinjar, Australia’s leading Bitcoin Exchange. He has also been liaising with ASIC around regulatory responses to the emerging trend of Initial Coin Offerings.
Dr Ingo Weber, Data61, CSIRO
Dr Ingo Weber is a Principal Research Scientist & Team Leader of the Architecture & Analytics Platforms (AAP) team at Data61, CSIRO in Sydney. He has published over 90 refereed papers and two books. The AAP team led by Dr Weber tackles major challenges around applications based on Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies, approaching the topic from the areas of software architecture and engineering, business process management, and dependability.

Louise Mercer is the Head of Region for Everledger, a global enterprise that tracks the provenance of high-value assets on a digital global ledger in an authenticated immutable manner.
Louise Mercer is a creative and forward-thinking strategic leader with a talent for breaking and reconceiving of business models. Trained in translating disruption and strategic risks into opportunities for innovation, she has held senior roles with Australia’s largest general insurers Suncorp and IAG, designing, facilitating and delivering the strategy for strategic renewal of existing business models.
Emma Poposka, Co-founder & CEO, Bron.Tech
Emma Poposka is the cofounder and CEO at Bron.Tech and a non-executive director at the ASX listed Ookami. She has more than 10 years experience in technology and software development across different stages of the software development life cycle. During her career she has worked on several large-scale projects for international organisations including the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The European Commission (EC).
In her work, Emma leverages technology to solve business and social issues. She is particularly interested in the synergies between technology, game theory and monetary theory and how they will be applied to disrupt the existing technological and social paradigms. She is also a regular speaker at technology conferences and summits, judge at blockchain hackathons, as well as trainer and advisor for technical and commercial development of blockchain solutions.
