Anxiety, worry, and fear are negative emotions and these negative emotions cripple performance and increase stress levels. Stress largely affects the area of the brain responsible for memory and learning.

Once failure or errors become part of the process and the volume can be turned down on anxiety and fear, engagement and productivity at work will improve. Growth and learning from these failures can then eventuate.

In this workshop we will discover how building psychological safety is key to help people learn and thrive in an environment of ambiguity and complexity, aka the workplace. How they need to feel safe to speak up, experiment, fail and learn.

Please note, we will only be able to accept 29 attendees so it will be on a first come, first served basis. Please RSVP if you are interested in attending. If you are unable to make it at any time, please update your RSVP status to give others the opportunity to attend.
