The question of how to lawfully transfer personal data outside the EU/EES have been strongly debated after the fall of Safe Harbour – leaving the legality of transatlantic data flows hanging.

On February 2, a proposed solution was presented; a new framework named the “EU-US Privacy Shield”.

Synch invites you to a seminar where our lawyers guide you through the recent turn of events regarding US-transfers of data. We will also take the opportunity to update you on global transfers of data under the new GDPR that will come into force in 2018.

Please join us on February 19!
