We are a group of Kung Fu practitioners who want to share the amazing thing we've found with others; through our study and training of Hung Ga Kung Fu, we improve health, mindfulness, energy, and skill. In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we are active in the community; we do lion dances and form demonstrations for Chinese New Year and other events; we have exercise classes, Qi Gong classes, and classes for children to learn discipline and the anti-bullying mindset! We are on excellent terms with martial arts schools around the city and around the world, and regularly send students to tournaments where they show their dedication and love of the art for all to see!
