Tell us about you and your business!

NYU-Poly started its first business incubator, at its downtown Brooklyn campus in 2004. In 2009 we partnered with New York City to open a second incubator, Varick Street, in Manhattan as as part of Mayor Bloomberg’s Five Borough Economic Opportunity Plan. Concurrently we also began NYC ACRE, our incubator focused on supporting the efforts of clean-technology-oriented companies in partnership with NYSERDA. In 2011, we expanded back into Brooklyn with an incubator in DUMBO. The goal of each of our incubators is to provide the guidance, expertise, and resources that organizations need to grow into successful ventures that bring economic growth to New York City.

I'm Steve Kuyan, Associate Director of the NYU-Poly Incubators in New York City. Very excited to be back to meet all the leaders of the incubators and accelerators that make NY a great place to start a venture.
