    Conscious Guided Meditation Description: Join Tracey Wright for a relaxing, grounding, and centering Conscious Guided Meditation. This meditation technique draws on Conscious Meditation™ as created by Sheila Applegate, MSW and Consciousness Consultant. Each meditation will be unique and is based on what is in the best interest of all those present ~ so YOU and Your Energy contribute to the meditation experience! We will start by focusing on grounding and centering you first; then I will guide you as you connect with Source Energy. This will be followed by you experiencing your own unique brilliance ~ this can be breathtaking! I will continue guiding you through the meditation and expanding your imagination so that you experience pure joy and great fun ~ this can be so liberating and youthful! We will end by gently shifting your attention back to the cells of your body while still remembering all of the experiences during the meditation. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated ready for the day ahead!

    Energy Up Exercises- We have all heard the term, “low energy”. The Exercises in this class will heal the body by restoring energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance. In this class we work with nine primary, but interrelated energy systems. Some of these systems include the meridians, reflexology points, the chakras and the aura. In this class you will learn various exercises and movement you can use as a form of everyday self-care to keep you immune system strong and vibrant. You will leave feeling awake, aware and ready to face the week ahead with vim and vigor. This class is for everyone of all physical fitness levels. Meet before 12pm in the CoWorks (level 2) or (weather permitting) up on the roof where class will start at 12:05

Join us and we can share what we know, demonstrate our latest projects, and even fly together!
