The fundamental form of the 5Rhythms is a WAVE: an exploration on a physical plane combining the different energetic rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness galvanising our inner dancer back to life.
Using this dynamic movement practice the class offers ways to renew and find fresh states of being within ourselves, with another and in a group.
And we’ll dance in the magnificent, intimate and graceful space of St Luke’s Church, possibly the best dance venue in town.
Both experienced dancers and newcomers are welcome.
Regular contributions are donated to charities that our community suggest. We have to date raised funds for Rape Crisis UK, Islington Homeless and Hearing Voices Network.
