Welcome to The Indian Music Enthusiast (TIME) group. The purpose of this group is to meet once a month on a weekend, sing and enjoy Indian (mostly Hindi) music. Please read the guidelines in its entirety below; If you like them, request to join and send us two audio file recordings of your songs to: TIMEMusicTeam@gmail.com.
Simple Guidelines:
1. Respect all members of the group.
2. Food is Potluck-based - everyone brings a dish to share.
3. Kids are not allowed.
4. Alcohol is not allowed.
5. Guests (adults only) are allowed, check with host on how many guests you can bring.
6. When in doubt, ask.
7. Come, sing and have fun!
Membership Process:  1. Click "Join us!", fill-up details and submit.  2.Send two audio files of your recordings to: TimeMusicTeam@gmail.com
3. Based on our review of your audio files, you *may be* invited to participate in our event to meet members.  4. Based on mutual interest, we will make a membership decision.
Meet-up Logistics: 
1. Events start at 6:00 pm.  Arrive on time. 
2. If you arrive after 8:00 pm, you forego the chance to sing for the rest of the evening. 
3. If you arrive before 8:00 pm but after the meet-up starts, you will forego the chance to sing in that round. 
4. Four (4) rounds of "themed" songs. Host will set the theme and pass spreadsheet to enter songs. 
5. Host will send event address a day before the meetup. 
6. "No Shows" are not tolerated.  Two (2) No Shows (after "Yes" RSVP) will be basis for removal from group.
COVID-19 Guidelines (in addition to the safety link above):

• Your membership in the TIME music group and participation at events/sessions is at YOUR OWN RISK and YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. The meetup/event organizers/Ven or Kalyani DO NOT take any responsibility for your safety and health.

• Attend ONLY if you are fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, please DO NOT attend these events.

• You DO NOT need to wear a mask in our home/basement, as you will be fully vaccinated.

• We will limit events to 10 singers and a total gathering of 16 people (including singers)
