Meetup Policies
To make sure we all have a fun and enjoyable experience, please review and commit to the following policies:

  • RSVP is not a LIKE: When you sign up for an event it means that you are 100% sure that you can make it.
  • No Show (NS): If you RSVP'd "YES" to an event BUT you did not show up to the event, you will be considered as a No Show (NS) to the event. Note: if special or unusual circumstances applied to your No Show; it is up to you to inform the event organizer of the event of such circumstances that applies to your No Show. Three (3) Events Strikes Policy: If you have a combined total count of 3 NS strikes on your profile, your membership with the group will be terminated.
  • Inviting guests: Depending on the venue, some events may allow members to invite guest(s) to attend the event. If you would like to bring a guest, please note that all our rules & policies will extend to your guest as it is applied on your behalf.
  • Event Crashing (EC): We simply ask our members to RSVP YES to our events before attending as we need to know exactly how many people will show up at an event and plan accordingly. Please do not crash an event! This includes members on a waiting list for an event.
  • Release of Liability: When you RSVP yes and/or take part in any TLV - PHP events, you assume all responsibility for personal injury, death or property damage and loss. You are accepting all risks, dangers and hazards associated with the activities. You will waive or give up all rights to litigation, or claim any compensation, following any accident or incident.
  • Privacy Policy: From time to time, we might take pictures at events. If you would not like to be in a photo or have your picture taken at an event uploaded on this site, please let the event organizer (s)and/or the photographer (s) know.
  • Keep it Civil: Please be mindful of other's opinions. We strive to make our meetups a "drama free zone." Conversations among members should be friendly, open-minded non-intrusive. We're a bunch of friendly people, and we want you to be too!
