LOS ROBLES TRAIL Moorpark Gate to Angel Vista Exploratory Hike

This hike heads west on the Los Robles Trial from Moorpark Gate to Angel Vista, 1,600-foot overlook with sweeping 360 degree vistas that span across Conejo Valley, the Santa Susana and Topatopa mountains, and seaward to the Channel Islands. Hiking Distance 7.2 miles round trip Hiking time 3.5 hours. Elevation gain/loss about 1,000 feet.

Driving directions: From the 101 in Thousand Oaks,exit on Moorpark Road, Drive South 0.5 miles to Greenmeadow Avenue. turn right on Greenmeadow Ave. and proceed about 1/2 mile to the lot at the end of Greenmeadow Ave.

Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and hat. You can bring your dog.
