Thursday evening trail runs from Seneca, combining the Wilderness Loop and the Golf Course Loop. Will start from the bathrooms. For those of you who can't make Saturday mornings (It is, after all, some folks' only day to sleep in), this will give you an opportunity to get out on the trails. The Seneca trails are in great shape!
I think it's time to restart the spring-fall two-fer. The 6:00 run will now be a no-drop run. We will also do a 7:00 run, each at one's own pace - think of it more as a work-out run. Each run is about 4 miles.
