Seneca Trail Runs 6:00

Thursday evening trail runs from Seneca, FOUR MILES combining the Wilderness Loop and the Golf Course Loop. Will start from the bathrooms.  For those of you who can't make Saturday mornings (It is, after all, some folks' only day to sleep in), this will give you an opportunity to get out on the trails.  The Seneca trails are in great shape! For newbies, we will be sure not to leave you behind, so long as you're not hiking. ;)

Gonna miss the run tonight. Feel like I need a couple weeks off to recover from the Backyard last weekend.

At about what pace will you run this? I haven't run these trails before. How do they compare to Scott's Gap or the Purple Heart trails at JMF?

DeAnna, welcome to the group. The Seneca run is usually about 10/mile, give or take. But we never leave new runners alone until yhey know the route. The terrain is MUCH tamer than JMF. We run Siltstone on Sunday if you would like to join us.
