I am a Delawarian and student of physical therapy from UD visiting Lexington KY this summer from mid July through late August for an internship. I am a long distance runner and am looking for some endless miles of trails to get lost in on the weekends somewhere in the area. As you might guess, I have never been to KY so if anyone could point me in some direction here that would be much appreciated!

P.S. Any ultrarunners in the group?
