Our Transformational Breathing sessions are carefully designed and facilitated by professionals. They work together to ensure you receive exceptional experience and knowledge how to manage stress, emotional drainage, past traumas and depressions.

Practising breath-work can have a hugely positive psychological, healing, cleansing, meditative and calming influence on our body and mind. It is used to change old self-sabotaging patterns and increase quality of life. With an increased awareness of the breath, it becomes easier to identify stress within the body and successfully release habitually stored tension. Full breath can help you to relax and release stress, fear and worry, while balancing the mind and consequently your life.

The transformational breath session focuses on three main areas of being – increasing physical wellbeing, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion.
Using these breathing techniques, clients can also experience deeper meditative states, deeper connection with others and inner wisdom, and a fuller expression of loving and joyful emotions.
