We will meet at Stadium MRT station. Then we will run either 8/10 km along Marina Bay Golf Course Park to Marina Barrage(8km)/ Helix Bridge(10km)and return back to stadium at the same road for this time......
This will be on your own time, own pace, own target event to enjoy the park. Whether you like to do a brisk-walk, jog or fast run the decision is yours. For those who prefers group support and fun, I will form groups and you may join any of these groups.
As a start, we will have 3 groups
-1) Brisk Walkers
-2) slow Leisure Joggers
-3) Leisure runner
5:30pm - Meet, Greet & Warm-up exercise - (Staium Mrt Control Station- Exit A)
5:45pm - Let's Go! Walk/ Jog/ Run with TLC Friends
6:45pm - U-Turn what ever point your are at
7:45pm - Back to start point/ Warm down...;
8:00pm - Dinner & Drinks @ Kallang Leisure Park Mall- food count Level 3 (Near Exit B)
9:00pm - Home, Sweet, Home
Total - 8/10km - run/ leisure Jog/ Brisk walk.....
-If changing only, then MRT toilets would be nearest.
- For showers, lockers then hv to proceed to OCBC Arena. @ Exit B- 5 minutes walk to the badminton count locker area.....
8Km - Stadium --> along the River --> Barriage (U-turn point) --> Back to Stadium with the same route.....;
10Km - Stadium --> along the River --> Barriage --> Garden By the Bay --> Marine Bay Sand Shopping centre water front --> Helix Bridge (U-turn point) --> back to stadium with the same route.....;
