Without users & their problems, we have no reason to write software. However, sometimes, it is frustrating dealing with the source of our problems. Thankfully, there are tools to help us become better at communicating with our end users, in hopes of achieving the end goal with as little strife as possible. Empathy, patience, and clear communication go a long way in development, as this talk will show. "The Developer's UX Toolbelt" will give developers more tools to make their lives a little easier when dealing with end users.

Park in the visitor parking, which will be on your right. There are only a handful of spots available directly across the street of our building. If those spots are taken then park in Canal Place’s visitor parking (on your right, across the street from the loading docks).
