Building better solutions with SharePoint and Nintex by Andrew Krupowicz
In this session, you will see a practical application of the Nintex workflow add-on to SharePoint. A demonstration of its general features and functionality will be illustrated by a case study showing how Nintex allowed a small team of business end users to create a replacement to a complex commercial software package that tracks compliance and sign-offs. The Nintex solution they designed was named the “Bill 198 Sign-off System”, and went live in the spring of 2013 to positive reviews from end users who found it to be user friendly and a great improvement to the legacy commercial program. We will discuss the types of scenarios where this type of Nintex/SharePoint solution would be applicable for other organizations and companies, and the features and limitations associated with this approach.
