This month co-hosts Fran Rew and Richard Rew will lead an open-topic walking conversation stroll around Denver's City Park winter rose garden area (5:30-6:30 PM). This rose garden is next to the west side glass-walled entrance to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (DMNS). At about 6:30 PM we'll get in line for the DMNS planetarium's FREE "60 Minutes in Space" presentation.
After both our stroll and "60 Minutes in Space," you're welcome to join co-host Pam Brown , who will be going to the Village Inn for Village Inn's Free Pie Wednesday. It's located at 4100 E Mexico Ave., Denver, CO 80222 ~ just North of I-25 at Colorado Blvd. and Mexico Ave. ~ The Free Pie ("Pie Rush Wednesdays") is available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, every Wednesday. There's plenty of time to get to the Village Inn after the Planetarium.
The DMNS after-hours entrance is usually open on the west side's glass-walled-entrance, except during special events. Whenever this entrance is closed, you can enter through the guard station's door just east of the main DMNS entrance doors on the north side of the DMNS, facing the parking lot.
"60 MINUTES IN SPACE:" You can watch a video of each of the monthly "60 Minutes in Space" presentations online by going to the DMNS's website at
