12th and Humboldt Entrance, Denver, CO
TYPE: STSP Weekly | PACE: Slow/Reflective |TERRAIN: Urban/park path and grass | DIFFICULTY: Easy | DISTANCE: Approx. 4 miles
Every Tuesday we walk twice around Cheesman Park. The first rotation we introduce ourselves and walk partially in silence, taking a breather from the day and allowing nature's gifts to seep into our thoughts and hearts. We'll stop somewhere around the middle of that rotation and one of the walkers will read aloud the wisdom piece for that week.
We'll then continue onto our second rotation around the park and engage in casual conversation, reflecting on the reading, listening for connections, and/or sharing a dream or idea that comes from the heart. As we near the end of the walk we'll share some sliced fruit together, as an act of friendship and closing.
- Parking: You can find the best parking on the inside loop of Cheesman park (cars are allowed there, free, until 11pm) or on Humboldt street
- Weather: Please come prepared with enough layers and/or waterproof or sun gear. The weather is always changing and we ask you keep an eye out for it.
- Breaks, Restrooms: There will only be one place where we can use the restroom so please plan to use restroom before you leave home OR before the walk.
-This walk repeats every Tuesday.
-Dog are allowed on short leash but know that sometimes their needs can pull you out of the conversation we are having.
-If you would like to suggest a wisdom reading or offer to bring the fruit slices for one of the walks please get in touch with us.

Wild Dream Walks designs opportunities for people to experience more love and friendship, on foot. While also listening for opportunities to walk down the path of people's heartfelt dreams with them. We do this full time, as a gift. In the spirt of giving you might consider walking-it-forward through the support of future walks for a fellow dreamer. It is in this type of contribution that we can grow and support every dream that crosses our path. Thank you from the bottoms of our feet to the dreams in our heads.
