This is a group for anyone, from beginners to serious fitness enthusiasts, interested in improving their fitness in a fun and motivating group setting! We employ mostly bodyweight-only strength and endurance exercises (calisthenics), as well as movements and flexibility routines based on yoga and martial arts, to become functionally fit high performers.
Workouts are based on a new holistic program called Kinsei-Do (http://kinseido.weebly.com), and are performed individually or together in small groups/teams. The coach leads through the exercises and advises on correct execution and form.
