The September 5th Starting Point Wellness Cuisine Class has filled up.
Another class will be offered on Saturday, September 26th for everyone who did not make it into the Sept 5th class.

Here is the full description of the September 26th class:
The class will be 9:30 AM ? 5 PM at the Table of Life location in San Carlos.
This is not just another raw food class. If you want the raise the bar of understanding wellness, this is for you. You will learn about nutrient density and what food (mostly raw) truly can do. Anna Coulter will cover all the basics of wellness cuisine and show you how to prepare it. Upon accomplishment of this intensive workshop you will receive your personal certification.
