Morning Stretching Session

A great way to start your day is with morning stretching exercises, which can get your blood flowing and ease creaky joints. These exercises are practiced across Taiwan, and can help reduce back and joint pain, and increase balance. Come join us at 8:00 am Monday through Friday for a 30- to 45-minute stretching session at the Intuitive Mind offices at 2709 Bridgeport Way W, University Place, 98466.
