REIA Continuing Education:
Researching the Deal

Whether you are a wholesaler, flipper foreclosure auction buyer or landlord solid research is essential to know what you're buying!

We all know that title insurance will catch many of the "surprises" that are often associated with deals. We also know that preliminary titles cost money and tend to be unnecessary until we reach the point that we are ready to move forward. We absolutely recommend purchase of a title insurance policy before purchase. To get to that point other resources are often needed.

Real estate investors use many resourcesto locate deals, run preliminary research and continue with matters of due diligence. We can't possibly cover all aspects of research but will include many of the research resources that most real estate investors use!

Researching the Dealwill be a very interactive class. Bring your questions!

This class follows a Wholesaling class on Saturday, April 20th (!
