The last couple of months we have been discussing the importance to have protein + fat + fiber with every carb and how small frequent meals can support us in having more energy and mental clarity and less anxiety and depression. But it can be hard to do. So in July, we thought as a group we can discuss how to feed our selves health food in the rush of life. Hopefully, everybody will leave with easy strategies for eating at home and on the run. If you have a favorite idea, bring it and share it. If you just need to start, please come join us. Although discussing emotions is an important part of understanding our relationship with food. Each person will be responsible for their own learning and experience.
