Public Group

This is a group for anyone who wants to relax and unwind the body and mind, release stress and tension and replenish energy and vitality while having fun! We use Meditation, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Laughing Yoga, Mindfulness and FUN to allow you to relax and achieve a greater sense of inner peace. In addition to teaching tai chi and meditation, Michelle is also a holistic therapist and shares her favourites with you such as Aromatherapy. We throw in lots of chat, fun, tea and snacks to ensure that everyone leaves totally relaxed and not only full of Chi energy but also fulls of radiant smiles! All welcome, no experience necessary :-)
