What we're about
This is a weekly practice group for anyone interested in learning and practicing T'ai Chi Chih®, a modern, moving meditation that activates, circulates and balances our intrinsic energy (Chi) for improved, health, wellness and vitality. Beginners and all skill levels are welcome in every class. (Please note that on the 1st and 5th Monday of every month, we do a silent practice by candlelight (no instruction)). Learn this simple and powerful practice at your own pace by attending class as often as you can. Benefits come with consistent practice. Accredited teacher, Lisa Otero, has been practicing and teaching T'ai Chi Chih for many years and looks forward to sharing this life-changing practice with you.
