In this semester, you will learn the Chen Style Tai Chi routines and review Tai Chi Sword. This is a journey of cultivation of both your body and your mind.
This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might well be called "medication in motion." There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. It strengthens your muscle strength without any burden on the heart.

How to wear on Tai Chi Class?
It is best to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes that are suitable for sports shoes, the soles not too hard, long-sleeved clothes is better, the trousers that are stretchy but not too tight, prepare a pair of knee sleeves if you want to practice long time in the fruture.Bring your water, towel, anything else you personally need for the class. Don't be too full or be hungry.
