Tai Chi Easy is a combination of ancient Chinese health enhancement practices (gentle movement, breathing exercises, and self-applied massage) plus 5 movements from traditional tai chi. All fitness levels welcome. Practices can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Suggested Donation of $5/class

The weekly Tai Chi Easy/Qigong group has moved to Zoom. Tai Chi Easy consists of 5 movements from traditional Yang style Tai Chi that can be done sitting or standing plus other gentle movements, breathing exercises and self-applied massage. Tai Chi Easy can improve balance, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, improve immune system function and increase mental focus. Many hospitals are starting to offer tai chi and qigong to patients with cancer, cardiac, autoimmune or other chronic diseases. No tai chi experience needed. All movements are gentle.
