What we're about

Tai Chi Easy is a combination of ancient Chinese health enhancement practices (gentle movement, breathing exercises, and self-applied massage) plus 5 movements from traditional tai chi. All fitness levels welcome. Practices can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Suggested Donation of $5/class
