Tai Chi Long Beach for Beginners & Qi Gong Flow
We are teaching and practicing Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form set 24. This is the Chinese national workout, as well as the most popular Tai Chi style practiced worldwide. This class is great for beginners as well as for people with Tai Chi Chuan experience. This is a FREE community service class. Everyone is welcome including children and seniors. Also, we are teaching Tai Chi Chuan weapons forms including sword and fan. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. Practicing barefoot is optional for those that want to strengthen their connection/ground to the Earth. What we're about

For beginning level and up. We offer this meetup as a free community service. We teach Yang Style 24 Tai Chi Chuan, the most popular version practiced worldwide. Learn the foundation of Tai Chi with seasoned instructors in a fun and supportive group. Learn at your own pace. For those who want to learn more quickly, we provide small learning groups for people at different levels, including Tai Chi sword, and Tai Chi fan.
