Hi, my name is Jane and since 2013 I have been certified by the Oklahoma State Department of Health for instructing Tai Chi for Better Balance. Tai Chi for Better Balance is a relaxing and fluid motion designed to integrate the mind and body connection.

It’s most benifical if practiced daily or at least a few times weekly.

Tai Chi for Better Ballance not only helps improve ones balance, strength and mobility, but can also alleviate symptoms of isolation, depression and boost ones confidence in performing everyday activities. For added details please visit the Oklahoma State Department of Health site below.
