Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course
Brilliant if you fancy an hour of total relaxation! This course will be a unique opportunity to learn Tai Chi if you are totally new to Tai Chi & Qigong or a continuing beginner and would like to learn it as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement. Tai Chi is a slow, relaxed, flowing sequence of moves ideal for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. Cost: £75 for the 10 week course To absolutely guarantee your space on the course please book your space via my website by clicking below: http://www.taichiandnutrition.com/beginnerstaichiclassstockbridgeedinburgh.html To enable me to keep an eye on numbers please only RSVP yes once you have booked up and paid for your space. What we're about

Hi!

Welcome to Tai Chi, Nutrition and Vibrant Health. This Meetup group is for people interested in learning Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced 'Chee Gong') as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement and for everyone interested in maximising their Health and Vitality through Nutrition, while making a few new like-minded friends along the way.

Most of the Classes/Workshops/Social Events will take place in Edinburgh, however some will most likely take place in Glasgow and other locations over time. There will be a social element to the group too so if you're new in town or would like to make a few like-minded friends, this may be the group for you!

I look forward to meeting you soon if I haven't already!

Hazel :-)
