Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Learning Tai Chi and Qigong is learning a new way to move--a better way. We begin with Silk Reeling, a warm-up that engages the whole body and Chi circulation. Before Qigong, there is a short guided meditation, followed by a 20 minute Qigong practice for energy cultivation that greatly enhances the many benefits of Tai Chi, and then learning Tai Chi.
Fee for this group is $20 for an individual class, or $60 for a Calendar month. Your fee will be pro-rated for you mid-month. (No Make-ups or refunds, cash only please.) Class runs 1 hour, 10 minutes.
