Welcome to Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga Retreats and Holidays Manchester!

Most of the Holidays/Retreats will take place in warm, sunny, interesting places, giving you a unique chance to relax, rejuvenate, explore and meet like-minded people. If you're interested in learning Tai Chi and Qigong as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement, or love Yoga and a generally healthy lifestyle and are passionate about travel and exploring, this may be the group for you.

The retreats will be suitable to both beginners to Tai Chi and Qigong as well as the more experienced. Everyone is welcome!

Ideal for anyone who wants an hour of total relaxation.

In this class we will focus mainly on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. This type of Qigong is like a type of meditation and it's a form of movement which is done to your own breathing rhythm.

This class will give you the opportunity to learn some simple relaxation techniques.

The classes are taught in a way that makes it as close to a 'real life' experience as possible. The 'zoom meeting' generally opens about 15 minutes before the class begins to give everyone a chance to say Hullo if they wish and to set up computers etc.
