The 18 forms Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi routine serves as the foundation for improving breathing, posture and flexibility while reducing stress. This exercise routine is ideal for cultivating stronger mind body health using gentle flowing body movements that are easy to learn and a pleasure to practice daily. In this class students are taught how to do the exercises in the specific way unique to tai chi and qigong that allows the body to accelerate it's own rebalancing and self healing abilities.
Standard class involves 50 minutes of active movement while standing. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and flat sole closed toe shoes. Please be respectful of other that are sensitive to fragrance or may have alergies and refrain from wearing parfume or lotion that might interfere with the class.
