In this Meditation Series we learn how to experience and make good use of relaxation in life. In addition, we learn how to use elements of meditation, nlp, hypnosis, and more to further improve our mental, physical and emotional states. All of this is done in a way that is both practical and fun at the same time. This is a beginner level class and all are welcome.
