This is a ongoing group training in Tai Chi & Qigong. This is a beginner to intermediate level class with a well rounded focus on Tai Chi for health, Martial Arts, and fitness.
Beginners should plan to commit to two to three months of training to learn the basic Tai Chi and Qigong skills. We also recommend attending one of our free intro to Water Method Meditation classes before committing to a long term class. The cost per month is $40, which also provides access to our other core class days and our facebook training group.
Those familiar with Tai Chi are welcome to attend on a per class basis of $10 per class or join as regular members.
