What we're about

My classes are for all ages, beginners, and the more experienced who want to deepen their practice. My goal is to strengthen our senior community. Come learn the ancient Internal Art of self-discovery, putting you back in touch with your own body.

Tai Chi improves strength, stamina, balance, and whole-body coordination.
Connecting mind- body-spirit.
