The Taoist Ba Duan Jin is a beautiful Qi Gong sequence which takes about 10-20 minutes to do and is easy to learn. This is one of the oldest health exercises in China and has been used in various forms by most martial artists in China to strengthen and open their bodies.
I teach a modified version with more emphasis on meditation and soft qi gong.
The course will cover:
- The Tai Chi Joint Release Exercises
- The Taoist Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong
Participants will be able to take away useful tools to build a personal daily practice of their own, assisting in relaxation, greater vitality and health.
It is ideal for developing Qi sensitivity as well as strengthening the Dantian or Hara.
If you're nervous system is weak or you have bodily pain then it can really help. I know from experience!
Likewise if you experience anxiety based disorders or other forms of emotional / mental discomfort, then this kind of sensitive practice can be extremely helpful. Again I know from my personal experience.
