What we're about
Join us as we learn and enjoy the practice of Tai Chi together in a supportive and friendly environment.
We study the Yang style Tai Chi 64 form and study its body mechanics, martial applications, proper breathing and mental intent. In some classes we also "test" our tai chi structure and movements by doing various push hands drills and some "free style" push hands.
All levels welcome, no experience required.
Take a look at our website (http://njtaichi.com) for more information.
Upcoming events (4+)
We start the class with warm ups, Qi Gong exercises, stances, and basic footwork exercises. We then go through the Tai Chi form and study its body mechanics, martial applications, proper breathing and mental intent. Making Tai Chi a wonderful exercise and moving meditation.
All levels welcome, no experience required. RSVP is required as we need to limit the number of students. Face masks also required. Please do not attend if you feel ill or have had contact with someone who has been sick.
