Every week on Wednesday, Thursday

Class will begin with warm up and joint loosening exercises, followed by tai chi form practice and various push hands drills. Experienced practitioners may play "free style" push hands.

Beginners to advanced levels are welcome!

Please bring an extra pair of shoes/sneakers otherwise socks or barefoot is ok. No street shoes are allowed on the floor.
