Get to Know Your Tai Chi Mind

Adam Montoya, Tai Chi Instructor, CYI
In this workshop you will learn how to accept, and then transform your energetic state by understanding the tai chi mind’s relationship to how you feel. You will gain tools that show you how to participate in healing the heart/mind, as well as nurture your spirit.
The tai chi mind is the clear receptivity that opens doors into new and insightful ways of living a fulfilling life. One aspect of fulfillment is knowing we have the resources to solve problems. Solving problems becomes easier when we harness our ability to notice new options that lead to better solutions. The tai chi mind is the bases of this ability.
