Welcome to Taichi classes in Los Angeles and Pasadena . Taichi practice allows you to not only strengthen your body and learn to control it, but also harmonizes the internal energy circulation, giving you better health and energy and can make your mind and your inner state more balanced.

Thanks to training you can:

- Increase stability, flexibility, co-ordination, energy and endurance;

- Regain natural joint mobility;

- Acquire muscle tone and strength;

- Improve your spine;

- Improve blood circulation in the internal organs;

- Harmonize your emotional background;

- Develop resistance to stressful situations

In fact you will burn more calories in a session than jogging without you even noticing while being much better for your joints but there's no better way to find out what it's like than to try it! :)

Class begins with a warm up with basic stretches and balance exercises, followed by Taichi chi gong (energy exercises), practice of the Taichi form. There are several forms to learn ranging from 5 to 50 minutes in length, including fighting application fast form but every journey begins with a single step :)
