TaiJi Qi Yoga【 Meetup 】Session ( English and Chinese Mandarin Bilingually)
M-F optional for 2 time periods—AM 10:30-12:00, or PM 1:00-2:00. 5 locations!!! In addition to the currently open 2 locations—Durham(Tuesday) and Richmond Hill （Weds), other locations—Markham (Monday ), North York（ Thursday), Scarborough(Friday) are planning to be open soon! Pre-registration is open now!
Each session will start from the Mantra Chanting, basis breathing methods and “Qi” exercise, guide the students through a gentle, slow, deep flow of Yoga ,Ccombined with the Chen’s Tai Chi 18 and end up with Yoga Nidra relaxation, Meditation or Contemplation, in order to reach the mind stillness and thus restore the body vitality and health in a natural and effective way.
