Join Runivore long slow distance runs on Tuesday nights.
Main goal focused on build up your aerobic base and endurance.

We will run a 6:30/km pace and the goal is to run about 17km. (One way option 9km).
You may want to bring some form of hydration if you go for full distance

*If you are limited in time, you can opt to exit at Xindian MRT, it will make about 9km.
**For luggage storage, you can use coin lockers in Gongguan MRT or at Yongfu bridge

Meet at Yongfu bridge riverside square Pipe Live Music - 10min walk from Gonguan MRT station.

大家一起來參加RUNIVORE每週二的LSD練習。目的是鍛鍊我們的有氧系統和燃燒脂肪。在公館河岸廣場的PIPE集合(靠近公館捷運站)。夏天來了,所以要記得帶水壺水袋。
我們會以6:30/km的配速,跑約17km(單程9km).

每周二 19:45 集合,20:00 起跑
