We receive lots of advice about how, when and why to say, "No." Maybe we struggle with wanting to play along or be nice, which then leads us to say, "yes," when we want to say, "no." Falling into this habit drives burnout, resentment, and a general feeling of powerlessness. What would it be like to actually say no when you want to?

This is the space to reclaim your voice. We’ll skip the theoretical advice and dive into real strategies you can use when you’re faced with difficult conversations. Come prepared to explore real situations you’ve dealt with and walk away with a new perspective on how to say, "No." Who's running this thing?
Jamie is an LMSW (licensed social worker) who helps people manifest healthy relationships at work and at home. She has a masters in developmental psychology is passionate about empowering others.
