Who am I....?
I am a Ph.D., former university instructor and author of academic articles and a variety of subjects. I was an early pioneer in transhumanism and contributor to the FAQ of the World Transhumanist Association. Transhumanism is the philosophy in favor of transcending human limits and exceeding average human performance in intelligence, health, emotional balance, and wisdom using technology and evidence-based practices.
I studied Tibetan meditation in the Karma Kagyu lineage, and I have modified it to advance my transhumanist practice for over 20 years.
I practice moderate calorie restriction and I have been involved in life extension and anti-aging practices for almost 15 years.
