FullStack Fast: Frontends with Ionic

Bank of the Ozarks' Innovation Lab

Software development is focused on building prototypes quickly, and being able to build all layers of the application (full-stack). This meetup will focus on different tools and techniques for accelerating your venture into fullstack development. Every meetup will be a complete lesson on an individual perspective of the fullstack, so we anticipate future meetups for backend, frontend, devops, automation, code generators, and architecture. During this meetup (2 hrs), we will focus on Ionic v4, and during this session, we will start with a data model, create a web application, test the web application in the Ionic Lab, and then package the application as a native Android app. We will also take a brief review of the Ionic components and UI / UX framework. A cheatsheet will be provided to help you with your own future Ionic projects. Look forward to seeing you all there!

Tampa Bay Wave

This is a guided study group to help everyone earn 3 badges related to Big Data, Data Analytics, and Data Privacy. These are beginner level badges so there will not be any prerequisite badges. We will walk through each of the courses as a group, then have a brief QA as a group, followed by completing the exam and collecting the badges we have earned. For any new attendees, we will help you with setting up your badge accounts and posting your new badges on your Linked-In profiles. During this Workshop, we will be completing the following 3 badges: https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/what-is-big-data/ https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/data-science-101/ https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/data-privacy/ This event is free to all BlockSpaces members and will cost $20 for non-members.
